Mohawk
This self portrait was inspired by Rembrandt's Nighwatch. I had a helmet, breastplate, white ruff collar and a Rembrandt light setup, but the result didn't feel like me. So I replaced the helmet with hair and a lot of hairspray, changed the white collar for a purple one, added some color around the eyes and adjusted the lights to better fit the mood I was after.
Sometimes what you set out to do isn't what you really wanna do :o)
